Three Generations of Floral Artistry in Exeter

Since 1930, Carmen's Flowers & Balloon Works has been a cornerstone of the Wyoming Valley community. What started as a small family flower shop on Wyoming Avenue has grown into one of the most trusted names in northeastern Pennsylvania floristry.

Over three generations, we have built lasting relationships with local families, helping them celebrate life's biggest moments and offering comfort during the most difficult ones. Our designers bring years of experience and genuine passion to every arrangement.

We deliver to more than 85 funeral homes and dozens of hospitals throughout the region, because being there for our community has always been at the heart of what we do.
