For over 90 years, our family has had the privilege of being part of yours. From joyful celebrations to quiet moments of remembrance, Carmen's Flowers & Balloon Works has been the Wyoming Valley's neighborhood florist since the 1930s.

What started as a small flower shop on Wyoming Avenue has grown into one of the most trusted names in northeastern Pennsylvania floristry. For more than nine decades, Carmen's Flowers has been woven into the fabric of the Wyoming Valley, serving generation after generation of families through life's most meaningful moments.
We've arranged the bouquets for first proms and fiftieth anniversaries. We've created centerpieces for weddings and tributes for farewells. Through it all, we've stayed true to the same values that built this shop: honest work, beautiful flowers, and genuine care for every customer who walks through our door.
Over the years we've also expanded to include Balloon Works by Party Zone, our balloon decor division, because we believe every celebration deserves that extra touch of color and joy.
